(1) Exposure to light must be avoided and keep freezing during storage and transportation.
(2) Vaccine should be discarded if deliquescent or deformation is observed before dilution of the vaccine.
(3) The diluted vaccine should be stored in a cold and dark place and used up on the same day of opening.
(4) At the time of inoculation, a routine aseptic operation should be performed. The needle should be replaced for each inoculated animal.
(5) Diseased, emaciated, and newly castrated animals should not be vaccinated.
(6) When used in epidemic areas, regions threatened by epidemic diseases, in epidemic points, except for livestock that have become ill, domestic animals without clinical manifestations can be given emergency vaccination.
(7) It is advisable for pregnant sows to be injected at 21~28 days before farrowing. The maternal antibodies of their piglets can last for 21~28 days. The suckling pigs or weaned pigs still need to be vaccinated; Piglets of sows that have not been immunized with this vaccine can be vaccinated within 7 days of age and given another injection after weaning.
(8) Used vaccine bottles, utensils, and diluted remaining vaccines should be sterilized.
