Deputy Director Liu Kecheng stressed that the quality of veterinary drugs is related to the quality and safety of animal products, and is related to people's health and social stability. All veterinary drug production enterprises should further strengthen the awareness of the main responsibility for quality and safety, seriously learn the lessons of the Jiangxi Hailian incident, strictly control the quality and safety of veterinary drugs, and resolutely prohibit the occurrence of similar incidents. At the same time, enterprises should also strengthen the awareness of risk avoidance. First of all, we should strengthen the study of legal knowledge, know the law and understand the law, and avoid the risk of violating the law in non-subjective intentional circumstances. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the production and quality management of veterinary drugs to avoid the risk of major animal product quality safety incidents caused by the quality problems of veterinary drugs. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the selection and later management of the company's marketing personnel to avoid the risk of illegal sales of illegal veterinary drugs and fake and inferior veterinary drugs by marketers in the name of the company; Finally, we should strengthen the awareness of self-protection. Avoid the risk of being induced by others to commit a crime or becoming the tool or scapegoat of others' crime. It is strictly prohibited to rent, lend veterinary drug production licenses, veterinary drug approval numbers and factories, and produce illegal veterinary drugs or veterinary drug research and development samples according to the needs of others.

Deputy Director Liu Kecheng requested that the animal husbandry and veterinary management department should earnestly grasp the effective implementation of the five regulatory measures to ensure the quality and safety of veterinary drugs in our city, and the enterprises should fully cooperate. First, continue to increase GMP flight inspections and penalties for veterinary drugs. Where serious defects are found, the application for veterinary drug approval number approval and veterinary drug GMP reinspection shall be stopped, or the veterinary drug production license shall be revoked by the Ministry of Agriculture; Second, continue to strengthen the quality supervision of veterinary drugs. For unqualified veterinary drugs found by inspection, 1:3 tracking sampling shall be strictly implemented. The return letter of the enterprise does not confirm the veterinary drug, where more than 3 batches are not confirmed, 1 batch appears, and 1 batch of the same variety or the same dosage form product is sampled. Unqualified veterinary drugs shall be dealt with according to law; Third, continue to strengthen the management of veterinary drug information. It is necessary to earnestly grasp the record management of veterinary drug approval number, veterinary drug production batch number and veterinary drug quality supervision information. For enterprises that do not keep records in accordance with regulations, the approval number of veterinary drugs shall be suspended; Fourth, continue to strengthen publicity and education. So that veterinary drug practitioners can master the knowledge of veterinary drug management laws and regulations, further standardize the production and quality management behavior of veterinary drugs, and strive to achieve veterinary drug production safety and veterinary drug quality safety; Fifth, further strengthen the use of integrity evaluation results. According to the results of credit evaluation, the hierarchical supervision system of enterprises shall be established. Good integrity, reduce the number of flight inspection and veterinary drug quality supervision sampling. For those with poor integrity, flight inspection shall be carried out once a quarter, and the number of sampling veterinary drug products shall be no less than 6 batches per year. Through the implementation of hierarchical supervision, enhance the city's ability to find veterinary drug quality problems.
