The product contains at least 106.0EID50/dose of Newcastle disease virus (La Sota strain) and at least 103.5 EID50/dose of chicken infectious bronchitis virus (H52 strain).

This product is a yellowish spongy loose mass, easy to detach from the bottle wall, and quickly dissolved after adding dilution.

It is used to prevent Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis in chickens.

Nasal drips or drinking water immunization. According to the packaging label, and dilute the vaccine with appropriate amount of saline, distilled water, or cold boiled water of good quality. It is suitable for inoculating chickens over 21 days of age.
(1) Nasal immunization: 1 drip (about 0.03 ml) per chicken through the nasal route.
(2) The dose must be doubled for drinking water immunization. The amount of water to drink depends on the age of the chicken, under normal circumstances: 10~20 ml for each 21~30 days old chicken; 20~30 ml for each adult chicken.

There are generally no visible adverse reactions.

(1) After diluting the vaccine, it should be placed in a cold and dark place and must be used up within 4 hours.
(2) For drinking immunization, water should be clean, metal containers should be avoided, and water should be stopped for at least 4 hours before drinking immunization.
(3) Used vaccine bottles, utensils, and diluted remaining vaccines must be sterilized.
