The product contains chicken pox virus (quail attenuated strain) of at least 103.0 EID50/dose.

This product is a yellowish spongy loose mass, which is easy to detach from the bottle wall and dissolves quickly after adding dilution.

Used to prevent chicken pox. The immunization period is 5 months for adult chickens and 2 months for newborn chicks.

Subcutaneous puncture vaccination on the inner side of the wings and avoid blood vessels. According to the packaging label, dilute the vaccine with appropriate amount of saline, and dip the diluted vaccine with a chicken pox pricking niddle (1 needle for 20~30-day-old chicks, 2 needles for chickens over 30 days old.and 1 needle for 6~20-day-old chicks with 2 times further diluted vaccine. Reserve breeders receive 1 boost vaccination at 60 days after prime vaccination. .

At 3-4 days after immunization, the site of pricking results in slight redness, swelling, and scabbing. The scabs fell off in 14-21 days.

(1) After diluting the vaccine, it should be placed in a cold and dark place and must be used up within 4 hours.
(2) A routine aseptic operation should be performed during immunization.
(3) Contaminants, such as used vaccine bottles, utensils, and diluted vaccines, should be disinfected.
(4) At 7 days post puncture vaccination, the flock should be inspected one by one. If there is no response to the pricking part, the puncture vaccination should be re-filled.
