According to the doses indicated on the bottle label to dilute the vaccine with normal saline, the chickens above 21 days old should be injected with subcutaneous stab inoculation on the inner side of the wings without blood vessels. On 3-4 days after inoculation, there will be slight redness and swelling at the spiny site, with occasional scab, which will return to normal on 14 days.
Generally no adverse reactions.
(1) This product is only used to vaccinate healthy chickens. It should not be used in chickens that are weak or have been exposed to fowlpox virus, otherwise it will affect the immune effect.
(2) Vaccines should be carefully checked before use, if the vaccine bottle cracked, no bottle label, vaccine mixed with impurities, etc., being found, the vaccine can not be used.
(3) The diluted vaccine should be kept in a cool place and used up within 4 hours.
(4) Used vaccine vials, vaccination equipment, etc., should be harmless treatment.
